About the event
Please have your child to Waukesha South HS between 7:30 and 7:40am. The doors open at 7:30 so please do not arrive earlier than that. Your child can go directly to the pits area when they arrive. They should look for our table and start getting everything set up right away.
The Cyber Turtles start their morning judging rounds at 9:15m. Parents, family members, and friends are welcome to come into the judging rooms with the team. Please remember that anyone who comes into the judging room must be silent during judging and can not communicate with any of the team members.

8:30 AM Judging Begins/Practice Tables Open
9:00 AM Coach Meeting with Referees
9:30 AM Tournament Tables open for robot testing
10:00 AM Lunch Opens
10:45 AM Coach Meeting with Referees
10:45 AM Tournament tables close to teams
12:00 PM Opening Ceremony
12:30 PM Robot Performance Round #1 Begins
1:30 PM Robot Performance Round #2 Begins
2:30 PM Robot Performance Round #3 Begins
4:30 PM Closing/Awards Ceremony
Please have your child wear their team t-shirt. This is how the judges identify who's who and the t-shirt must be worn over all clothing. Also, please have your child wear jeans or better and no clothing with holes or rips. Your child is also encouraged to bring their turtle bandana from sectionals.
